Select from hot desks or dedicated desk space and work in our open space along side other members of The Yard Community.
Choose a private office with lockable door. Various sizes available. Customised options for 1 - 6 people. Suitable for start-ups, solo-entrepreneurs, remote workers requiring privacy.
We can work with you to set up a workspace to meet your needs and support your business. Suitable for start-ups or as a remote base for works. Capacity of up to 25 people.

Meeting rooms
Our meeting rooms vary in size and provide the perfect environment for brainstorming ideas, interviews, presentations and collaborative work and can be reserved. Each room includes TV and video conferencing.
Training facilities
The Boardroom is designed for hosting larger meetings, workshops, seminars and masterclasses. This space comfortably seats up to 12 people and includes TV and video conferencing.
